Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service, surface, page, API, bot, or downloadable client provided by Synthetics Inc (“Azal”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — including the website at azal.ai, the trading terminal at /intelligence, any Discord bot, Telegram bot, public API, SDK, or scheduled signal feed — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms posted on a specific surface.

If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must not access or use the service. Continued use after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02

Eligibility & Jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access the trading surface. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction in which the use of prediction-market products is prohibited by law.

The upstream venues that Azal routes orders to (Polymarket, Kalshi, and any future venue) enforce their own geofences and KYC requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of the venue your trade ultimately executes on. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

If a venue blocks, refuses, or reverses your trade due to geo, sanction, KYC, or jurisdictional reasons, the trade is the user’s responsibility and Azal bears no liability for the resulting outcome.

03

Trading is High-Risk

Prediction-market trading is speculative and you can lose your entire position. Markets settle based on real-world events whose outcomes are inherently uncertain. Prices fluctuate continuously. There is no investor protection scheme, no FDIC, SIPC, FSCS, or equivalent insurance for funds routed through prediction markets, and no lender-of-last-resort if a venue is unable to settle.

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • A market may settle against your position at any time with little or no warning.
  • Slippage, partial fills, and queue position can cause your realised execution price to differ from the price displayed in the UI at the moment you submitted the order.
  • An upstream venue may halt, delist, or invalidate a market for cause (e.g. ambiguous resolution, oracle failure, regulatory intervention). When that happens, positions may be force-resolved at a venue-determined price.
  • Network conditions (Polygon RPC congestion, mempool delay, Kalshi rate limits) can prevent an order from reaching the venue in time. Azal’s order submission is best-effort, not guaranteed.

You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose in full.

04

Wallets: Non-Custodial & Custodial

Azal supports two wallet models. You are responsible for understanding which one your account is using before you send funds.

Non-custodial (default). Your private key is held only on your device by Privy’s embedded wallet SDK or your connected external wallet. Azal never sees your key and cannot move funds without your signature. If you lose access to your wallet, Azal cannot recover it. You are solely responsible for the security of your seed phrase, hardware wallet, biometric authentication, and any other credential that controls your wallet.

Custodial (opt-in). If you opt into Azal’s custodial trading wallet (so that the Telegram bot or auto-copy can execute without prompting you to sign each order), Azal generates a fresh secp256k1 keypair on your behalf and stores the encrypted key in our infrastructure. The custodial wallet is not a regulated brokerage account: Azal is not a money transmitter, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. We hold the key technically; we do not custody fiat, do not provide investment advice, and do not extend credit. Use of the custodial wallet is at your own risk and is subject to the additional disclosures presented at opt-in.

05

Order Routing & Builder Fees

Orders submitted through Azal are routed to the originating venue (Polymarket CLOB V2, Kalshi REST, or a future supported venue) using the venue’s native order format and signature scheme. We do not operate an order book ourselves; we are an order-routing client and signal aggregator.

Polymarket-routed orders carry Azal’s builder code, which entitles Synthetics Inc to a share of the trading-fee rebate paid by Polymarket. The builder code is disclosed in the order signing payload (EIP-712) before you sign. The builder-code rebate is paid in addition to any venue fee already deducted from your trade; you do not pay Azal a separate fee on top of venue economics. We reserve the right to adjust the builder code, add additional venue-side revenue arrangements, or publish a transparent fee schedule for a future paid tier — with at least 14 days’ notice for any change that increases what you pay.

If you self-sign orders (non-custodial), you can verify the builder code in the EIP-712 payload before signing. If you use the custodial wallet, you have authorised Azal to attach the builder code on your behalf.

06

Stop-Loss, Take-Profit & Risk Controls Are Advisory

Azal exposes stop-loss, take-profit, position-size limits, max-concentration caps, and similar risk controls. These controls are advisory and best-effort:

  • They run on a polling cadence (typically 10–30 seconds). A market that gaps past your stop level inside one polling interval will fill at the prevailing market price, not at your stop.
  • They require a healthy connection to the venue. If the venue is unreachable when the trigger fires, the exit order may not place.
  • They require sufficient liquidity at or near your trigger. Illiquid markets may fill far from your trigger price, or not at all.

You are responsible for monitoring your positions. Do not rely on these controls as a substitute for active risk management.

07

Auto-Copy, Signal Mirroring & Caller Leaderboards

Azal offers signal mirroring, caller leaderboards, trader-watch DMs, and auto-copy: features that replicate, in part or in full, the trades of other wallets or callers you have chosen to follow. You acknowledge that:

  • Replication is not perfect. By the time we observe a caller’s fill, post it to a Discord channel, and your auto-copy submits an order, the market may have moved. Your fill price will differ from the caller’s.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results. Leaderboards, hit rates, ROI, and caller-of-the-week badges are descriptive of the past window only.
  • Callers are independent. Azal does not employ, vet, license, or supervise callers beyond enforcing the platform’s anti-abuse and community rules. A caller’s post is not investment advice from Azal.
  • You can be front-run. Because public signal channels are visible to all users, large orders may move the market before your mirror fills.

You may disable auto-copy at any time via the user preferences endpoint, the Discord /sage pause command, or the Telegram /cancel_all command. Trades placed before you disable are not unwound automatically.

08

No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Market summaries, signals, leaderboards, copilot suggestions, AI-generated commentary, and chat messages from other users are informational only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision you make based on content shown on the platform, and for any tax reporting and withholding obligations that arise from your trading activity.

If you require advice, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

09

Accounts, Credentials & Linked Identities

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account — including your Privy passcode, email link, hardware-wallet seed phrase, Discord account, Telegram account, and any link codes generated by the platform to bind those identities together.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You will promptly notify security@azal.ai of any unauthorised access.
  • You may not transfer, share, sell, or rent your account.
  • You may not operate the platform on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
10

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable law, infringes any right of a third party, or violates the rules of an upstream venue. Without limitation, you may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to derive the source code of any non-open component of the service.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limit, geofence, KYC requirement, sanction screen, or access control.
  • Use the platform to wash-trade, manipulate price, spoof, layer, or otherwise interfere with venue integrity. Detected abuse may be reported to the affected venue, to regulators, and to law enforcement.
  • Impersonate another user or claim to be an authorised representative of Azal, a venue, or a caller.
  • Use the service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or finance illegal activity.
  • Send automated traffic that is not clearly identified as a bot via the documented User-Agent prefix.
11

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (chat messages, signal calls, caller dossiers, avatar images, usernames, custom share-card backgrounds). By submitting content, you grant Synthetics Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, cache, transcode, display, distribute, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the service.

Content posted publicly (chat, signal calls, leaderboard profiles) may be indexed, embedded, mirrored to connected channels, and cached indefinitely on third-party CDNs. Do not post anything you would not be comfortable seeing screenshotted.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, upstream venue rules, or applicable law, and may preserve copies for legal or compliance reasons.

12

Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the service — including the Azal brand, the SVG mark, the site design, the embed templates, the dashboard layout, and all associated intellectual property — remain the sole property of Synthetics Inc and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set forth in these Terms.

Marks belonging to Polymarket, Kalshi, Polygon, Privy, and other integration partners are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for identification.

13

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any data displayed (prices, holdings, leaderboards, embeds, news headlines, sentiment scores, geopolitical event tiers) is accurate, complete, or current.

We expressly disclaim any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of data provided by upstream venues, oracles, RPCs, news sources, or third-party AI models.

14

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Synthetics Inc, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or trading losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees actually paid by you to Synthetics Inc in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

15

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synthetics Inc, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or jurisdictional right.
  • Any trade, signal, or content you submit through or to the service.
16

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, threatens platform integrity, harms other users, or exposes Synthetics Inc to legal or regulatory risk. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

You may close your account at any time by following the deletion flow in the Settings panel or by emailing privacy@azal.ai. Closing your account does not unwind open positions on upstream venues; you remain responsible for managing your positions until they settle or you exit them.

17

Changes, Governing Law & Contact

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and, for changes that increase what you pay or expand the scope of data we collect, with at least 14 days’ notice via the Discord announcement channel and / or an email to the address on file. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Questions about these Terms may be directed to legal@azal.ai. For privacy-specific requests, use privacy@azal.ai. For security disclosures, use security@azal.ai.
